What is your Return Policy?
- Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as to keep our prices fair, many items are “Final Sale.” Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
- The RANAKAH Support team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the style number. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee of Rs.100 per order will be applicable. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.
- All returns are subject to the discretion of Ranakah but we’re a friendly lot and we want you to love Ranakah Products as much as we love them.
What is the refund policy for the returned item?
We process a refund after the quality check of the items returned by you.
If you have paid for the order using bank account/credit card/debit card, then the refunded amount gets credited to your bank/credit card account within 7 days of refund.
If you have paid for the order using Cash on Delivery option, then you will be required to provide the NEFT bank details for transfer to your bank account within 7 days of refund.
How do I return/exchange my order?
We offer easy self-service return process. To return/exchange your order, please do the following steps.

When will my return get picked up?
We send the return pick-up request to our Transport partners as soon as we receive the return request from you. Our transport partners pick-up the returned items within 3 days of receiving the request.
How do I initiate the return?
Once your item has been approved for a return, we will send you the address to note on the package.
