Shipping Policy


  1. At Ranakah we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs.2000/- For orders below that, we charge a flat Rs.100 or the charges eligible as per the region/location shipping fee.


  1. Please note we insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a third party recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us of our obligation and transfer of responsibility in the same way. Kindly note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third party delivery agencies and/or due to the time required for statutory clearances during the delivery process.


  1. In case your location is remote and does not fall in the area of delivery then special charges as per the carrier will be applicable to enable the delivery of your goods to your address.



  1. Prices do not include duties for any country. There might be a shipping and handling charge added to your invoice. Customs duties and other levies (if applicable) in the destination country are to be paid by the customer. We offer no exchanges and no refunds on made-to-order products.


  1. Because each craftsman and artisan’s process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.


  1. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.


  1. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.


We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
